Job description
Our client, based in the City is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant/Management Accountant to join its team. Duties: daily ‘Flash’ P&L preparation; assistance with daily/monthly/annual regulatory monitoring and reporting; assistance in preparation of monthly management reporting; assistance in annual budgeting and audit process as required; ad hoc assistance to the work of the Finance department as a whole on a daily and monthly basis; support to purchase and sales ledger functions in times of staff absence. You have practical experience of monthly management accounts preparation and you must have experience with Sun, and are able to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial audiences. The client is looking for someone to start immediately, so are looking for people who are immediately available to interview and start. The contract is initially for 3-6 months with a view to going permanent after that. Ajilon is an employment agency and an equal opportunities employer.
