Job description
My Wakefield client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the expanding Finance team. Key duties of this influential role include: providing finance support for the Sales & Marketing teams, providing accurate and timely MI, product costing, analytical work, budgets, forecasts and assisting with period end work. To succeed in the role and wider business, you must possess commercial awareness, a keen eye for detail, analytical skills and have the drive and determination to make an immediate impact. You will ideally have a numerical or business related degree, with sandwich placement, or be studying for a professional accountancy qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
