Job description
An Assistant Accountant is required for an excellent progressive role with my client. As the Assistant Accountant you will support the FC in all month end and analytical duties. You will gain excellent exposure to systems development and process improvement in a unique business environment. As the successful candidate you will have previous 'hands-on' experience in a similar month end role, you will be a part-qualified (CIMA or ACCA) Accountant keen to secure a progressive and challenging role. You will be able to show the ability to think for yourself and work under pressure. You will be an enthusiastic and hard working keen to drive your career forward. My client is a 25 million pound turnover subsidiary of a larger group. Specialising in high-end components my client has seen recent encouraging growth. An attractive package including five weeks’ holiday, study support, pension and early Friday finish are offered. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
