Job description
A Financial Accountant is required for Manufacturing company in South Birmingham. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and you will be responsible for all month end accounts, managing balance sheet reconciliations, creating the statutory accounts and VAT returns. You will be a part-qualified ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) Accountant ideally with previous experience in a similar financial accounting role. You will be confident and efficient with producing statutory accounts for a large organisation. As such, you will have strong technical skills and be comfortable with discussing the statutory report with senior staff. We will consider first time movers from a small or mediums sized practice. Our client is a market leader in their field and as such will be able to offer significant career progression to the successful candidate. This role has come about due to our clients expanding workload and includes an excellent benefits and study package.
