Job description

A commercially focused Part-Qualified accountant is required for a leading property organisation in their Central London head office. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the position has arisen through an internal promotion and recent growth in the business. Key responsibilities: providing commercial decision support to key budget holders across the business; assistance in the month reporting process; participate in the preparation of the Group’s annual budget and three year plan for specific areas of the business; provide support and assistance to key business leaders in the financial analysis of their business; ad hoc projects as directed by the Commercial Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be actively studying towards either their CIMA / ACCA qualifications. You will have developed strong a strong accounting background with a desire to work in a more commercially focused capacity. As a pre-requisite, the right candidate will be driven, bright with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
