Job description
Our client, a leading FMCG company based in North Yorkshire is currently seeking a Financial Accountant for its UK head office. Working as part of the Financial Accounts team and reporting to the Head of Finance. Detailed responsibilities will include monthly and annual reporting, cash forecasting, budgets and the supervising staff. You will take full responsibility for the preparation and consolidation of UK businesses, together with group reporting. The role will require continual development of accounting procedures and working with the Senior Management on projects and implementing change. Candidates will ideally be part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent. Successful applicants will be of a proactive nature, have a hands-on approach and be a good people Manager. Excellent communication skills are required at all levels.
