Job description
Following recent growth an Assistant Financial Controller position has been created in a highly successful firm of Solicitors based in Merseyside. This rare opportunity is ideal for a qualified Accountant to join a dynamic firm and expand their experience in management accounts, staff supervision with a view into developing into becoming a Financial Controller. Responsibilities include: monthly management accounts; year end accounts; budgeting and forecasting; supervising a team of up to 6 staff; project work improving systems and commercial analysis. Ideally you will have/be: ACA/ACCA fully qualified Accountant; experience from a Solicitors practice; ambitious and keen to progress; strong Excel skills an advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing firm that is offering a salary of £40k-£45k together with a flexible benefits package.
