Job description
This mid tier leisure business is a household name across the North of England. They are looking to develop their team by recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant. Purpose of role: deliver robust, accurate and high quality management accounting and financial support to key trading channels and central cost centre; maintain proper and accurate accounts and records for areas of responsibility; support Management Accountant and provide high quality financial support service to key customers. Key responsibilities: producing daily and weekly sales and margin reports; preparing monthly management accounts; management meeting packs and board packs; producing budgets and forecasts; providing ad hoc performance analysis and decision-making support analysis; compiling monthly sales and cost of sales reconciliations for all relevant channels; maintaining and reconciling sales control account for Directors; reconciling monthly statement and other key accounts.
