Job description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently working with a leading service provider based in South Manchester. The Management Accountant role will be based in the Corporate Finance & Planning team whose core activity is to provide decision support services, financial control & leadership to improve business performance. The team is committed to delivering a first class function & as such require a skilled, dedicated & professional Management Accountant to join them. Reporting directly to the Associate Director you will be responsible for the preparation of financial accounts to support the monthly process, preparation of the monthly management accounts including commentary, providing KPI'S for management reporting & supporting operational processes. The successful candidate will ideally be studying towards a professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA & will have strong financial control skills & also an advanced working knowledge of Excel & Access. You must have had a significant experience working within a Commercial Finance function, show initiative & personal drive & be someone who excels in a team environment & also in a challenging & ever changing environment.
