Job description

My client was founded in the early 20th Century and has developed a fantastic reputation as a leading FMCG business in the UK. With a turnover of c£500 million and almost 1000 employees, my client needs an enthusiastic individual to join their Northampton based Finance team. For a passionate, resourceful individual, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, efficient finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of monthly Management Accounts, controlling a reconciling ledger entries and stock accounts, reviewing and correcting purchase price yield, reviewing sales orders, be involved in the development of finance systems and other ad hoc duties. A successful candidate will be results orientated, driven individuals and able to work on their own or as part of a team. You will be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA with experience in an accounting role. You will be IT literate with strong communication skills and eligible to live and work in the UK.
