Job description
This is a great role within a leading Manufacturing company in Hereford, West Midlands. They are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. The role will include: assisting in the preparation of the management accounts and reports; reconciliation; accruals and prepayments; processing office payroll; VAT; PAYE/NIC; produce monthly finance KPIs; intrastat returns; payments and supplier payments and analysis. This role is varied in its duties and requires a candidate with an ability to communicate at different levels with non-financial staff and a strong knowledge of Excel. Ideally you will have previous experience within an accounting environment. You will be a complete finisher, methodical with good analytical skills and have good time management skills.
