Job description

An independent Top 10 professional and Financial Services group are seeking highly motivated individual to join its audit team as an Assistant Manager. They are a leading provider of accountancy services to private clients, professional practices, mid to large corporate and non-profit organisations. Working in a team of 6 and sitting within the General Audit function you will be expected to provide audit advice to clients and staff. The technical team is an essential arm of any practice and as well as assisting audits you will also be responsible for training and developing staff. Prior experience of working in a technical role is not essential. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic record and proven technical ability. This is a superb opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in technical procedures and who wishes to be office based.
