Job description
A large London based university is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the eight-month temporary role of Associate Finance Director. The successful applicant will report to the FD and manage a team of twelve staff. Duties include: working closely with the FD on the development of finance strategy; interacting with key Department Heads on a monthly basis; delegating responsibility to the Finance employees in management and finance accounting as well as accounts payable; developing one major finance reporting system across all of the university faculties and campuses; ensuring consistency of financial procedures across the university; managing relationships with clients to ensure value for money. This is a challenging role that will require a dedicated and hardworking candidate to make the most of it.
