Job description

Due to sustained growth, a number of excellent Partner opportunities have arisen in the Audit and Assurance practices of this Big 4 firm in Russia, CEE and CIS. Partners will be responsible for developing both audit and non-audit business, and maximising fees through the cross selling of service lines. A high level of industry knowledge in a specific sector is desirable, but the opportunity also exists to develop new industry specialisations. Requirements: currently a Partner or Director with a Top 10 firm; demonstrable leadership skills and proven ability in building and shaping teams; a track record in developing client relationships leading to new business wins; previous relevant experience in the region would be advantageous; excellent audit technical skills and strong IFRS conversion experience.
