Job description
Due to significant growth in its key sectors in the last year my client, a Big 4 firm of Chartered Accountants, is seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager in their Audit department in Nottingham. You will be responsible for the audit of clients across a wide range of industries. You will take the lead on a number if assignments, delegating tasks to more junior members of the team and liaising with client contacts. You will undertake audit planning, day-to-day management of field teams, review of audit work, direct liaison with clients and the management of reporting requirements. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in a range of advisory assignments including advisory support, consulting projects and other technical advice. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in Audit and leadership.
