Job description

A world renowned and highly prestigious blue chip organisation based in Central London requires an Internal Audit Manager to join its large sophisticated Audit function. Under the guidance of the Head of Internal Audit you will be responsible for managing the production of the annual audit plan for presentation to the Executive team and the Audit and Risk committee. You will oversee the audit schedule, which will involve setting, monitoring and reporting on the IAD KPIs. Coordinating system upgrades as well as staff recruitment are other key responsibilities. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, committed and able to drive positive change throughout the business as well as challenge the status quo where appropriate. A successful track record within internal audit as well as the ability to manage your own workload while co-operatively working and building relationships with others. Previous experience within either Financial Services, oil & gas or telecomms sector environment is essential. It is also essential that you are educated to degree level and possess an accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
