Job description

Our client, a leading and successful organisation, is keen to recruit an experienced Audit Manager. You will work and build relationships with audit colleagues, Board Directors and External Advisors. It is imperative that you are a qualified Auditor (IIA) or Accountant (ACA, ACCA) and possess extensive audit exposure, which will have be gained within the industrial or practice arena's. In addition you must have operated at Managerial level, developing teams, working to tight deadlines and delivering against agreed audit plans. Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate clear success at writing proactive reports, making necessary recommendations and be comfortable presenting at weekly/monthly meetings. Your audit experience will have covered the review, testing and reporting upon controls, processes and key area's of risk. You will have planned, performed and assisted in the completion of a variety of internal audit work. Other commercial exposure will be highly advantageous, as this role will see you involved in and completing a range of ad hoc project and investigations work. This role previously has seen successful candidates progress within the Audit function or out into the wider finance community.
