Job description
A Billing and Revenue Analyst is needed for a leading Financial Services firm, based in London. This is a temporary role for about 6 months plus and would be a fantastic role for anyone looking to develop their experience in billing finance and reporting and would add an excellent company name to your CV. Person specification: must be analytical and knowledge of billing or revenue processes would be beneficial; excellent reporting skills, Excel and collating and analysing financial data; dealing with Senior Managers and Partners, so must have excellent communication skills; would also suit a person with Business or Project Analyst experience within a corporate environment. Job profile: manage performance against monthly billing targets for the business and for individual portfolio holders through the use of billing schedules and the monitoring of work in progress (WIP); reporting up to partner/senior management level; revenue recognition and forecasting; working capital management; drive performance against monthly cash targets through liaison with credit control; monitor unpaid fees and encourage early resolution of external client queries; challenging estimated write-offs and ensure compliance with the write-off approval policy; monthly activities included meetings with all client facing team members to discuss the current WIP figures, new client verification and profitability provisioning.
