Job description
A Financial Controller is required for an excellent opportunity. This role will involve producing monthly management accounts and other accurate and timely accounting reporting. You will also be responsible for managing the accounts and administration function of two sites, as well as reviewing and improving existing systems and processes. This is a challenging and exciting role that would suit an Accountant, qualified to ACCA/CA/CIMA level or by experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people management skills. The ability to work on your own initiative, excellent computing skills and experience of dealing with a multi location business would be an advantage. My client is a growing fast-paced automotive business based in West Birmingham, seeking a new member to add to the team to help maintain the smooth running of the Accounts department. Excellent progression opportunities can be expected. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
