Job description
A Business Analyst is required at a leading global service provider based in Manchester. As a member of the Global Analytics team, you will need to have excellent system skills, in particular with Business Objects (web-based version) and Excel. Use of Access would be highly advantageous. Duties: provide day-to-day analysis support to Client Operations Manager and Collections teams; execution and development of monthly reporting and analysis; drive simplification, digitisation and standardisation of reporting processes.
