Job description
Our client is one of the largest and leading employers in Northampton with a strong presence across the UK market in which they operate. Supporting a Senior Management Accountant, and mentoring 1 Trainee Accountant, this role focuses on analytical and commercial support to aid decision-making and planning. This will include: preparation and development of the budget - P&L’s, BS and CF, variance analysis against budget and forecast communicating risks and opportunities; making suggestions for corrective action to include scenario and profitability analysis and a number of ad hoc projects. Suitable candidates will need experience within a management accounting/commercial environment. You will be a CIMA/ACCA studier/Finalist with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across functional areas.
