Job description

My client, who has doubled its turnover in the last four years due to continued success, is keen to appoint a high calibre individual to form part of their fast-paced Finance team. Working closely with the FC and FD as well as investors and banks this high profile and continually evolving role has been created for you to make it your own, add value and progress your career. You will take ownership of new/ad hoc projects, in-depth reporting as well as assisting in the creation of the management accounts pack for the board, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of business performance. You will have proven experience of the above, and have the commercial acumen to drive ideas forward, the personality to liaise confidently with both financial seniors and non-finance and professional bodies, and a ‘can-do’, focused approach. Our client is looking for an individual who is Passed Finalist or qualified, ACA/CIMA/ACCA, ideally straight from practice, with strong academics, who is keen to embark on their first position in industry. Tax, financial and compliance skills will provide much needed expertise to ensure the departments experience is ‘rounded’, whilst allowing you to learn more in a fast-paced commercial environment.
