Job description

We are currently looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our Practice pool to work onsite for our client, a large, global Insurance and Pensions company, and support various large-scale programmes of work. We are looking for Business Analysts with experience in the insurance industry to scope the new external process, work with business units to define process changes, and IT teams to define system changes. The candidate: you are an experienced Business Analyst; experienced in the insurance industry; experienced in process mapping and Use Case Writing (ideally); you are ISEB (or equivalent) certified. Ideally: you have an ability to work with a high level of ambiguity to derive clear programme or project objectives and requirements; you have a proven ability to manage analysis across a medium sized portfolio of initiatives. The successful candidate will become an Employed Consultant of Hyphen and will work onsite for our client, a global Insurance and Pensions company.
