Job description
A global group of companies, which specialise in providing services to the Corporate Real Estate and Private Equity sector is looking for an experienced, results orientated business development professional to join them. Key responsibilities will be to identify new clients and develop new business relationships through a proactive approach including networking, attending conferences and following up on potential leads, guiding prospects from introduction through to the start of operational works and to agree service level agreements. The role will also review fund documents, negotiate service and fee agreements, assist in drafting of operating memoranda in conjunction with the Global Relationships Managers and host events and attend trade conferences and seminars. To apply you will be a graduate CPA, ACA or equivalent and possess a proven background in real estate investment fund administration or accounting, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
