Job description
Sellick Partnership is currently seeking to recruit a Capital Management Accountant for a large established organisation within the Housing Sector. The key aspect to this post is to provide financial and management information to the group and to be responsible for the capital budget process and capital management accounts. The post holder will be responsible for: ensuring capital budgets are set appropriately; responsible for the preparation of capital management accounts, explaining the financial performance and presenting the reports to the board; arranging and attending monthly budget holder meetings; reviewing the revenue management accounts and brief the Head of Finance; producing monthly development scheme budget statements; assisting the Business Planning Accountant in the systems administration of the development appraisal model; project lead the coordination and completion of the annual and quarterly HouseMark benchmarking; investigate and report on new Finance Software options keeping up-to-date with new versions of Sun/Vision. The successful candidate will hold a relevant accounting qualification or be working towards this. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is a team player and keen to make an impact.
