Job description
This role monitors and posts the day-to-day banking activity for specified regions which involves use of the electronic banking system, SAP postings, payment management. The role requires communicating with accounts payables, accounts receivables, hr and general management. This person will act as the main point of contact for cash related requests and queries for specified regions. Key responsibilities: daily duties include uploading and posting the bank statements for designated entities to be completed effectively in a timely manner with due care & responsibility; processing and monitoring all payments to ensure processed in time and with required control; Program Administrator for the corporate MasterCard with Citibank; cash forecasting - maintain and update the cash positioning database (treasura) regular meetings with AP and AR to enhance the forecast. Requirements: knowledge of SAP; experience within a finance department and/or cash management; experience with CitiDirect preferred; diligent, responsible, honest & reliable person required; ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail; basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel; team player; accuracy is essential.
