Job description
Our client is an exciting multinational company operating in the media sector. With a turnover of circa £65million, they are market leaders and work with an exclusively blue chip and international client base. The business provides a critical business/leisure service and operates in a truly dynamic space, innovating and benefiting from a constant evolution in technology. As part of its ongoing growth plans, our client now seeks to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer. The role is a true business partner to the CEO and the successful individual will be expected to contribute across the business at both an operational and strategic level through what are very demanding and exciting times. Ideal candidates will have worked in an international operation and will have had exposure to a business where intellectual property is key. They will also have had previous experience of working closely with shareholders/investors and will be comfortable managing all banking relationships. Some corporate finance experience would also be of benefit as there is likely to be a degree of M&A activity. Some exposure to contract pricing/costings within a service industry would also be ideal. Crucially, candidates must be seeking a truly commercially focused role and have the drive, business aptitude and vision to deliver.
Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
