Job description
We have an Online business that is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. This position based in Holborn, will involve significant M& A work. The role will involve: significant European work, statutory and management reporting requirements, realigning revenue budgets; look at sales and marketing promotions, pre and post acquisition phases; due diligence, corporate legal matters, liaising with the US counterpart lawyer in the States; transfer pricing work as well, will be included; managing a team and really driving this business forward. It’s an urgent 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with significant M& A exposure.
