Job description
My client is a highly respected residential managing agent based in Central London. They require a Client Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include: prepare service charge year end accounts for submission to Accountants, including reconciliation and trial balance; liaise with Accountants and check draft accounts before finalisation; input service charge budgets, raise charges and demands ready for sending to leaseholders; monthly reconciliation of bank accounts; code all invoices on own portfolio ready for Property Manager approval and input by Property Manager’s Assistant; quarterly and monthly; variance reports to clients; quarterly ground rent statements to clients with pay-over of funds collected. The successful candidate will have excellent communications and extensive experience of working within a busy property management environment. If you knowledge of Tramps it would be highly advantageous.
