Job description
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Property Client Accountant based in Birmingham; the role is for a 9 month fixed term contract and may go longer or even permanent. To be successful for this opportunity, you will have a strong property accounting background and full understanding of the working of service charge accounts and the year end process. Due to the urgency of the requirement, we are willing to consider both residential and commercial property experience. The successful client Accountant will ideally be part-qualified, however qualified by experience will be taken into account and have a strong background in property finance. You will also be willing to commit to a long-term contract in the Birmingham area. The role will be working for a leading property consultancy in Birmingham with good road, rail and bus links. The role will be based in the company's state of the art offices and will further provide a good stepping-stone in your career progression. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
