Job description
Role: ensure the team provides an excellent level of service to all client settlement queries to tight deadlines (previous experience of dealing with high net worth clients is essential); oversee various projects related to industry regulations; train team members; day-to-day management of the team; skill-set required: strong experience in settlements; strong knowledge of OTC & ETD products; team leader/management experience preferred but not essential.
