Job description

The Change Group is recruiting for an established Hotel group offering excellent career opportunities. We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to join this prestigious group and control the accounts across 3 hotels in different regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is either QBE or an ACCA/CIMA studier to join a company and increase your already existing hotel experience. Responsibilities include: to ensure that accounting records are kept which accurately reflect all the income and expenditure of the hotels in the area; to provide information to management to assist in future forecasting and budgeting; to ensure all group policies and procedures are maintained across the various hotels; ensuring group brand standards are adhered too; to manage and motivate a small team to deliver to agreed time lines; to build and sustain positive relationships both internally and externally. In order to be considered for this role you must have had previous cluster experience and must be able to drive between different London Home Counties. This position will require a self-motivator with extensive knowledge of a centralised reporting structure. Please quote the reference given/job title in the subject line of your email.
