Job description
A specialist international business based in Ipswich is recruiting for a newly created role as part of their senior Finance team. This exciting new opportunity will work closely with the CFO and be heavily involved in commercially driving the business through supply of good management and financial information as well as being heavily involved in the group strategy and mergers/acquisitions. This will include: group reporting; financial and business analysis; financial modelling; project accounting; financial planning; mergers & acquisitions; evaluation new business opportunities. The business is keen to attract a proactive and proven Financial Analyst/Accountant. You will be qualified with a background in a commercial business environment or corporate finance. The role requires strong reporting skills alongside a commercial outlook. You will need excellent Excel based experience and knowledge of financial modelling is desirable.
