Job description
Our client is an influential market leader with a global client base. They are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Accountant to monitor and evaluate the financial and commercial performance of the division. Supporting this growing division the role is responsible for preparation of financial information to support commercial decision-making as well as producing timely and accurate information for use by the rest of the group. The role will be a combination of trading account and balance sheet management, supporting the planning and budgeting process, risk management analysis and ensuring financial controls are significantly robust for the pace of growth. You will also be required to gather, interpret and analyse financial information from internal and external sources. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and strong IT skills and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to the task in hand as this role will be varied and diverse but highly rewarding. The role would suit someone coming from a commercial position looking for a progressive and highly visible role where there is ample opportunity to add value and develop their skill-set.
