Job description
With H/Q in North Lincolnshire (Commutable from South York's and East Riding) my client is an established niche manufacturer supplying a range of products to clients across the world. As part of the continued evolution of the local Shared Service function the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre qualified ACCA/CIMA Accountant. Reporting to the FC, you will take commercial responsibility for product sales profitability by country, business and customer working with sales and marketing divisions to identify areas of improvement focussing on pricing, margin and overhead cost control. You will develop the current information system to provide accurate cash flow information to improve the management of the business. You will review costing systems and methods to ensure consistence across manufacturing sites ensuring the accuracy of calculation of month end costed stock reports for finished goods and raw material stocks. You will further provide detailed product cost and sales analysis for sales and marketing teams adding your commercial and business acumen to price and product contract negotiations. You will be highly numerate currently at Finalist/qualified CIMA/ACCA with a track record of working in a similar fast-paced environment.
