Job description
My client, a progressive and fast growing organisation, is currently looking to expand the finance team through the addition of a motivated commercial accountant. Working alongside Senior Finance Managers, key responsibilities will include: undertaking full P&L responsibility for a high profile division; presenting weekly sales reports to the Board; providing a monthly finance pack; working closely with non-finance colleagues, giving effective decision support; introducing processes and procedures to drive forward profitability and; delivering insightful analysis. Ideally you will be a qualified finance professional with a proven track record of delivering in a challenging, highly commercial environment. Previous experience of influencing both finance and non-finance staff is also imperative as are first class communication skills.
