Job description

The world’s largest independent, third party transaction processor and merchant acquiring processor, provides financial institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or outsourced issuer and acquirer transaction processing. It has become Europe’s largest independent card processor. They now seek a Commercial Analyst. Job requirements: preparing consolidated accounts for a specific business unit incorporating all EMEA locations. Providing analysis of the consolidated. Work with the business units to implement recommended actions. Review, understand and challenge the various intercompany pricing arrangements. Provide ongoing review of the revenues and costs generated by the tariffs to ensure these are being correctly implemented and used. Create a business case process to be used by the business unit for new bids & investment decisions. Provide support to ongoing business case requirements, supporting business in development of each business case to ensure consistency and financial integrity. Provide support on M&A deals, including financial modelling, due diligence and post deal implementations. This challenging role requires an analytically minded ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or Finalist. Experience should include preparing consolidated accounts and providing commercial narrative. You should have a track record of developing and implementing new processes, business case approval and working knowledge of pricing structures or tariffs. Excellent communication skills required.
