Job description
BTG Recruitment is currently representing a rapidly expanding business in its search for a Commercial Analyst. Due to expansion this position has been newly created and will be a key component in further driving the business. Based at its office in South Manchester the successful candidate will need to be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified ideally with first time passes. The successful candidate will need to display excellent analytical skills and it is essential that they are at an advanced level in Excel. A background in working in retail would be a benefit and any exposure to an E-commerce environment would be a distinct advantage. Duties: marketing analysis; detailed analysis of both spend and cost; liaising with marketing and sales departments; new product analysis; sales analysis; identifying both risks and opportunities; ad hoc project work. This is a wonderful opportunity for a qualified Accountant to come into a business and have a real impact on the bottom line of the company instantly. Salary for this position is anything between £33,000 - £36,000 and comprehensive benefits package.
