Job description

A successful Manufacturing company based in the Wrexham area is recruiting for a new Commercial Analyst role. Due to continued growth this organisation has created the opportunity for a Business/Financial Analyst to join their very successful Finance team. This is the perfect position for an experienced Financial Analyst with a proven focus primarily in P&L & pricing to join a company where they can develop and increase their skills. The successful applicant will also be required work closely with Departmental Heads and Directors providing sound commercial and financial analysis to aid influence business growth opportunities and profit and margin. Responsibilities include: control of ledger/commercial pack analysis and review; pricing support; quotation/leads/pipeline management; sales volume/market analysis. The role requires an ambitious professional Accountant who is commercially astute and has experience with working capital and cash flow management. You will either be professionally qualified or a Passed Finalist (CIMA/ACCA/ACA). You will be are highly analytical individual with a desire to understand financial detail of business operations and drill down into numbers to help explain budget variances to senior management. Strong IT and Excel skills are also essential, with a proven track record of using SAP an additional benefit but not essential.
