Job description
This is a newly created role within a fast growing Services organisation based in the East Midlands. The role will require the successful candidate to deliver a timely, accurate and robust reporting environment by leading, managing and developing the Finance Reporting team. You will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, working with Department Heads, Directors and Team Managers to improve the budgeting and forecasting process, along with delivering continuous improvements to the reporting process. The candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualified and demonstrate fantastic communication skills with experience in management at varying levels. You must show a strong level of IT literacy, specifically in Excel. A confident personality is desired with the ability to challenge the business and proactively improve the reporting process. My client is a highly regarded & rapidly expanding services organisation based in the East Midlands. With an established UK footprint they are successfully expanding into new international markets trading on their existing client partnerships.
