Job description
This is a high profile business-partnering Commercial Finance Analyst role, requiring a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong academics and commercial finance experience gained in a large/fast-paced blue chip business (ideally Retail or FMCG). My client is a well know market leading FMCG brand looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to challenge/support non-finance to provide analysis and commercial insight on all commercial investments and innovation activity. As a true Business Partner you will drive effective ways of working between Finance and Commercial teams to challenge ways of working and influence key business decisions. Personality and strong communication skills are key, we need someone who is used to dealing with sales and marketing teams, influencing at all levels and presenting to Directors. We are looking for someone who is very much on an upward curve in their career and will be ready to step into a Commercial Finance Manager role in approximately 18 months time.
