Job description
Privately owned employer of choice is consistently showing strong growth and profitability, is currently looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. Based in the Berkshire head office, this is seen as an ideal entry point for a talented and motivated qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) of high graduate calibre, who possesses post qualified experience in a Commercial Finance or FP&A leadership role (including previous exposure to cost modelling and KPIs). You will report to the Divisional FC and will lead a team responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the commercial relationship of key stakeholders within the group. You will also be responsible for developing a reporting strategy for the division, along with leading other associated commercial projects. This is a very broad and multi-layered role and will require an individual who is able to interface at all levels, and future career opportunities within the group are excellent for the best talent. Exposure to a shared service environment would be a bonus, and project management skills are also highly sought after.
