Job description
Reporting to the FD, you will be responsible for: managing all aspects of financial management and providing operational support to regional teams; assisting in the decision-making process through process and procedural improvement; create a KPI and SLA framework to monitor and measure the delivery of financial targets and key milestones; review and analyse long-term contracts and scrutinise cost allocation, pricing, budgets and regional overheads. You will be a qualified Accountant, likely CIMA, with strong exposure to management information and operations. In addition you will be an excellent communicator, be comfortable dealing with operations and Excel working outside your comfort zones. Our client is a highly acquisitive SME based in Birmingham. After a number of successful contracts win over the last 3 years, they seek a Commercial Finance Manager to assist with achieving further acquisitions and significant revenue growth. Salary on offer is up to £48,000 plus excellent benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
