Job description
FRS is currently assisting this VC backed Retail business with the recruitment of a Finance Manager for one of its successful businesses in Buckinghamshire. The role involves working with the local leadership team with the running of finance and operations and supporting Local Managers with commercial decision-making. The key responsibilities are managing the Finance team and ensuring a first class financial management and reporting service, reporting to group, ensuring inventory is well managed and identifying and developing commercial opportunities. This is a fast-paced business in a challenging and rewarding environment.
