Job description
Multibillion revenue, multi-stream organisation has a vast footprint of properties across a large number of international territories and now require a Commercial Finance Manager. As a key Business Partner to the Group Property Exec team and local country Management teams, you will drive commercial insight through the numbers, lead on business case creation, drive insightful commercial orientated decision-making, help create and set strategic plans, challenge Operational teams, investment appraisal, manage complex projects across international borders. You will be a charismatic, driven and ambitious qualified Accountant with a proven track record of providing first class Business Partner support to senior non-finance Management teams. Key to this role is driving commercial insight, relationship building, influencing and creating increased value from the property portfolio. Impressive interpersonal skills are a prerequisite however experience of the Commercial Property sector is not essential. This is an exciting and high profile role that will provide a rapid springboard into other areas of the major organisation.
