Job description
My client is a rapidly growing service-based organisation based in Leicester. Due to a number of projects coming on line, I am now seeking a commercially focussed Accountant, with strong analytical skills, to join them, initially on a temporary basis. It may also lead to a permanent role. This opportunity will be visible and highly customer-facing, with a number of challenges to allow value-add business decisions to be made. Specifically, the successful candidate must have the following background/skills: advanced Excel, ideally to VB level; provision of information to support bids and tenders; creation and modification of pricing models; financial planning and profitability analysis; investment appraisal. You will ideally be available immediately, with a willingness to travel to sites across the UK.
