Job description

A business synonymous with growth & innovation is looking to recruit an interim Commercial Finance Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be involved in strategic plans for the business from a commercial & project basis. You will also be responsible for the financial planning & analysis, P&L management, KPI reporting, overhead & budget control along with ad hoc projects & managing an established team. Management style is crucial to this role, we are looking for someone to lead, develop, encourage & lead by example. Ideally the candidate will be a qualified ACA with experience of delivering results within a fast-paced demanding business. Must be academically bright & a proven achiever. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge/engage & influence at a senior/board level. Please only send CV if you have a proven track record in similar role.
