Job description
The position of Commercial Finance Manager - Property entails the following: Financial Management/Reporting including introduce and oversee the maintenance of effective financial control procedures and processes, which deliver increased efficiencies, utilising knowledge of finance systems; business planning/budgeting including coordinate building & services business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that the required objectives and deadlines are met; management and development of Commercial Analysts; drive changes which ensure continuous improvement in the department’s outputs; business partnering with all divisional finance departments. The ideal candidate for the position of Commercial Finance Manager - Property will possess the following: an in-depth understanding and significant experience of commercial analysis and financial management in a management accounting environment; qualified ACCA Accountant or part-qualified to at least Finalist Stage with equivalent professional experience; ability to innovate and drive change; able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external organisations; proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team.
