Job description
Our client, an internationally recognised household name, is now seeking an interim Commercial Finance Manager to oversee new business ventures in the UK and overseas. This is a newly created role within its Commercial Finance division, focussing on providing commercial and financial support for a range of new projects within the business. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial and operational divisions of the business including new product development, marketing, supply chain and export. You will play a pivotal role in driving profitability, evaluating proposals, budgeting for sales and margin, efficiency improvement as well as continuous development of systems and processes. Suitable applicants will be qualified and have experience within a blue chip manufacturing environment, preferably fast moving goods. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to drive change whilst working closely and effectively with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders as well as being highly numerate and analytical.
