Job description
Commercial Finance Manager will be based in Berkshire and responsible for the following: interpreting analysis relating to the customer base in-order to identify commercial solutions that can drive value; assisting with the development of business cases working with the Finance function as well as working with non-finance individuals to build customer strategies and to develop propositions; developing solutions that help to create the balance between managing a customer base for value and building customer relationships that foster engagement and retention. The candidate: my client is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager with the following skills: ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified; educated to degree or equivalent standard; extensive commercial experience; highly numerate and commercial minded; proven ability to interpret commercial and financial analysis and make changes as necessary; track record of being responsible for a key commercial performance driver of a blue chip company; experience of working with operations teams and appreciative of constraints of delivery through customer facing areas; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment; competent and confident in relationship building, and able to influence senior management. The company: my client is a market leader in their field. Salary and benefits: £50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
